How do I restore the website to an earlier restore point?

I am about to attempt to import a big product file into CoreCommerce for my website. I fear that it will delete my current products & replace them with the ones on this new file incorrectly. As a precaution, I'd like to set a restore point now, so I can go back to it if things don't turn out right with the file import.

HI Joe,

Our hosting company keeps backups off all of the sites. from a 10 days running period. If you ever need a restore of any portion of the site, please let us know, so we can get you in touch with sales to start the restore process. Additionally, if you are familiar with FTP you can make a copy of your template directory and save it locally on your computer, if you are planning on making any design changes.

Just beware that restoring may take them days to do if you happen to hit the weekend! My store has been closed for 48hrs now as a result of weekend limited staff. So if you decide to play around with changes to your site don't do it on a Friday.
