I suspect this is something we may see added in the future, but we have not set a hard release date for this specific thing yet.
@Jessica, as for the feature we are discussing here in this post, its been added to our list of features to consider for the future. I don't have a specific date or ETA on when you might see it at this time.
Currently we are manually emailing the customer stating that "we saw you began placing an order for ____ but didn't complete it. We hope you didn't have any problems....call us at..."
We have been able to capture 50% of the orders.
Being able to do this off an autoresponder would be AWESOME!
It would be really nice to have a time stamp of some kind, either when the cart was created, or when it was abandoned.
