Why I do what I do

One of my customers sent this to me the other day, and I thought it would be a good idea to share it with all of you:

"I decided to start an online business in December, 2011. I needed a storefront and hosting service and based on some reviews, I picked Volusion. Bad mistake! They had lots of free templates, but you had to pay for the better ones. For two months, I tried to get my store looking like what I wanted, to no avail. You could FTP into your site, but they didn’t give you very much there. I called their staff to help with what I thought should be an easy fix for them, since they are the ones that created the template. They could not figure it out. After trying different templates to get the look I wanted, I gave up.

I started my search again looking for the right host. This time I found Corecommerce. Within half an hour after using their free trial, I knew this was the one for me. I signed up right away. I was very impressed with their online help, tutorials, video’s and their support staff. In two days, I had my site looking exactly like I wanted. I imported my products from Volusion, which was easy to do. I’m not a web master and believe me, you don’t have to be one to use Corecommerce. Whenever I spoke to the staff they were always friendly and helpful. They never try to rush you off the phone and they will go out of their way to get things right.

You just can’t beat their product or price. My package included more products, bandwidth, and storage space then Volusion did at the same price. I needed my own SSL. Volusion price, $79.00 for one year. Corecommerce price was $65.00 for setup and you can purchase an SSL for 3 years for about $40.00. So I paid $105.00 total for 3 years of SSL service. Volusion price for three years? You can do the math.

All I can tell you is that I’m very happy with Corecommerce. Do the trial and I’m sure you will agree."

Its when a customer sends me something like this, that makes me LOVE working for CoreCommerce and seeing people succeed with their business.

I, too, have been pleased with Corecommerce. This is the first ecommerce site I've used but so far I have been able to 'tweek' the site all by my little self. I'm pretty good with learning new things and Corecommerce has been a wonderful teacher. I have used the support ticket function twice and have been so pleasantly surprised with the support. I find this 'community' an invaluable tool as well. Thanks CC!! Keep up the great work.
