Rahul Sachdev is the CEO of Get Satisfaction. He is a technology executive with over 20 years of experience in Consumer Internet and Enterprise Software industries. Most recently as the head of content sharing and workplace engagement products at LinkedIn, he was responsible for increasing member engagement and insights. Previously Rahul was the VP of Marketing & Business Development at Intelliden (acquired by IBM). Earlier he was the General Manager of Communications, Media and Energy vertical at Siebel Systems, where his leadership helped to create the largest industry product line at Siebel.
Rahul graduated from the University of Chicago’s Booth of School of Business with an MBA in Marketing & Finance and from Loughborough University (U.K.) with BS in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
Outside work, Rahul enjoys wondering why the world works the way it does, visiting less traveled corners of the world and spending time with his family.
David is responsible for Get Satisfaction's technical and product direction and manages the teams that define, build, test and operate the company's family of highly scalable SaaS products.
With more than 27 years in software development and management, David brings experience from a wide range of domains including scientific computing, financial systems, web infrastructure, digital commerce, and mobile media publishing and monetization. Prior to Get Satisfaction, he served as Vice President of Products and Services for the Mobile business unit at Limelight Networks, and has held executive and technical roles at SNOCAP, Kenamea, Fair Isaac, Varian Associates, and Bio-Rad Laboratories.
Aside from work, David enjoys music, cooking, tomfoolery, and spending time as a soccer dad with his wife and 3 kids.
He received a BS in Information and Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine.
Jeff is responsible for scaling global sales at Get Satisfaction.
Jeff joined Get Satisfaction from SugarCRM, where he served in executive roles as Vice President of Worldwide Sales and SVP of Global Mid-Market Sales. As a seven-year veteran of SugarCRM’s high growth success, Jeff also established SugarCRM’s world-class and highly awarded global channel program.
Jeff joined SugarCRM from Epiphany, where managed the company’s top strategic customer accounts, and established the company’s customer marketing initiatives. Prior to Epiphany, Jeff held senior roles in sales and marketing at Informatica Corporation, Business Objects and Sybase. Jeff studied business and entrepreneurship at the University of Southern California.
Barry is responsible for managing all things financial at Get Satisfaction.
Barry joined Get Satisfaction from Azure Capital Partners, a San Francisco based venture capital firm, where he worked closely with several portfolio companies including BlogHer, Cooking.com, ezRez (now Switchfly), Get Satisfaction, SilkRoad technology and TripIt (acquired by Concur for $120M). He previously worked as a technology research analyst with Credit Suisse covering the IT Services & Software industry.
When not working, Barry loves spending time with his wife and two kids, experimenting in the kitchen, and participating in a variety of outdoor sports.
Barry holds a BA from Rutgers University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC-Berkeley.
