LOST GUNS AND SKINS

I had all skins and weapons on iGun Pro on my previous phone, but few days ago i bought a new phone and i want my skins and guns on it but when i installed iGun Pro on it i didn't have the skins and the weapons.

I had this issue last year if you remember me but that was because i've reset my phone to factory settings. This time i have a new phone.

I don't want the coins revoked i just want the guns and the skins because i bought them when there was a promotion.

    Your iGun Pro account data is tied to a specific device. If you factory reset or change your device, your iGun Pro account is lost. Unless you have access to the previous account's 40-digit iGun Pro account ID, there is not much we can do to recover your lost account. If you had made in-app purchases, we can manually restore those purchases if you can send us your Google Play Store in-app purchase receipts to support@crimson-moon.com along with your current 40 digit account ID.
