Hello,
I have a the following problem with my extension : When the page loads the appAPI.ready is not fired in all time i'm working on chrome version (26.0.1410.43 m) and i have a sample of the extension with id (30747) the alert some times appear and some times not specially on www.google.com
ps: some other machines don't have this problem
How to fix this in the machines that have this problem, kindly note that one of these machine is customer's machine, so it's a show stopper issue :(

We are not aware of any problems and in testing your extension it works as expected.
Please can you check whether there is anything blocking the extension on the machines where you are experiencing the problem? e.g. AntiVirus programs, other extensions, ... -

Unfortunately, there's no other extensions installed, and no antivirus too.
The issue happens with low rate, please try to open multiple tabs with same kink, and open new window with new tabs, in one of them you will succeed to reproduce it. I managed to reproduce this after many trials on my machine.
Please give it another try.

I managed to reproduce and I only see it under when opening a new tab, performing a Google search, and selecting the first result returned.
Can you confirm that the same happens to you? Are there any other circumstances? -

I think this issue should be high priority, because it affects the extension reliability for all crossrider extensions; if the extension does not work on all tabs, it might miss some cases.
It occurs randomly, there is not definitive scenario.
There are some machines where the issue is easily reproducible, and other machines where the issue does not occur no matter what we try, and they both have the same chrome version and platform.

We just released an update Chrome framework that address this issue. Please try reinstalling the extension and let me know if the problem is resolved. For users that already have the extension installed, the update will be pushed automatically within the usual 6 hour update window. -
