Browser comparison

Since crossrider is still on its early days, it would be useful to know what are the Browser-specific limitations and/or which features are available for each supported Browser.

There is already some information sparsed around the wiki, but it's still a bit complicated to know all the details about what works or not.

    Thanks for the comment.

    Basically we aspire to have our unified appAPI 100% compatible with all supported browser.

    Within the appAPI we will have specific browser features under appAPI.chrome appAPI.firefox and appAPI.ie. We do that to allow more flexibility, but still you will be able to use the unified appAPI seamlessly.

    In rare situation where there are limitations which are imposed by a browser but we still wish to include in our API, we will specify it in the wiki (such as sync requests in Chrome).

    Re IE Browser Buttons. We are working hard on this and will release as soon possible.
