Chat Undetected extension not working in Safari

Edit Subject

The "Chat Undetected" extension for blocking facebook message read receipts DOES NOT work in Safari. It does not block these read receipts.

Works fine in firefox though, thanks.

Any ideas of when this might be fixed? Would really like to go back to using safari for facebook but won't until I can block these read receipts...

Currently, our extension are only supported on desktop browsers and hence it will not work on the ipad.

Hello Dan,

We investigated the possibility supporting Chat Undetected on Safari, but it is not possible due to limitations of the browser's API. Hence, it will not be available on current versions of Safari.

When you navigate to the download/install page using Safari it presents and allows a Safari extension download which does not work. Fine if the other extensions work but remove the non functioning Safari one at least?
