I have published our extension to the Chrome Web Store. It is private - URL required, rather than listed in their directory. I hope this doesn't make a difference.
I'm playing with the widget code for the installer, and it doesn't seem to be working. Here is my complete HTML page which I am trying to get to work:
When I click the button, nothing happens. If I click it multiple times, I see in my Developer Console, "Uncaught A Chrome Web Store installation is already pending. webstore:15".
Am I doing something wrong?
Well anyway, this getSatisfaction editor seems to be filtering out my HTML. The key point is this line in my Javascript widget:
chromeWebStoreRel:'ajjnoahcpmlajoaepmmipcpnpiblndfj'

I suspect it may be related to the private setting.
If possible, I recommend that you make it public for a short while and test it. If it still doesn't work, then make it private again, report back to me and I will investigate.Comment -

I have changed it to public, and it still doesn't seem to be working. Does my extension have to go through some Google approval process, now that I've marked it as public? I am not able to search for it either, on the Chrome Web Store (no results come up). Yet I am certain I changed the radio button from "private" to "public" in the dashboard.

In order to investigate further, please can you provide the following information:
1. The extension id
2. The URL where the installation widget can be found
3. The link to the Web Store extension
