When uploading a zip file ("Upload project") and it contains invalid files (eg larger than the size limit) let the uploader know not all files were uploaded.
Also, the appAPI.resources.get should alert when a file isn't found (threw an exception or at least a console warn).
That would have saved me a few hours yesterday.
