IRC chat for quick reply
Start a online chat room wherin developers would be able to interact with the community, i.e the ones who already know about the development can share or answer the queries. Online IRC chat is my recommendation, for example visit http://irc.mozilla.org over there you can chat with the specific community for answers and queries. My suggestion is worth taking into consideration. :)

I would prefer a IRC channel just as mozilla forums have done it, its very helpful and i am getting more help from the users online. The advantage of getting a IRC channel is to switch to the channel of your choice and ask relevant questions in the channel. the users/developers give a quick response from the channel. you need not be kept on waiting for the response, but there are some cases that the chat users also dont know the answers, then they tend not to answer the question, that indicates that none of the users are able to answer the question or the users are busy with their own stuff. My suggestion in that case would be to develop a dedicated channel of your company name wherein users can get the answers in case they dont get it from the users in the channel. Think over it and let me know.
