like to build a key-logger detector add-on. i do not know how to start? tips please
My project is to implement an add-on which successfully exploits security weakness in the Firefox platform. Malicious add-ons are almost zero and protection mechanisms and filters are bypassed. It’s a real threat to the normal people out there. So I try to identify and eliminate these threats efficiently.

Not sure I understand exactly what you are trying to do here.
If you are trying to write your own key-logger then please be aware that this could be a major privacy breach which we will not tolerate as a platform.
