McAfee anti-virus removing the CrossRider IE BHO DLL

Hello Gentlemen,

We have customers complaining about McAfee anti-virus removing file nnnn-BHO.dll, the DLL generated by CrossRider for IE add-in. Do you have any idea how to go around it? Asking customers to change McAfee definitions is out of the question, they are simple people.

We will investigate this - can you please confirm this is the extension ID in questions: 36720

Also, what method do you use to download the installer EXE ? (which URL are you downloading it from?)
