When i installed extension in IE browser, then from where publisher name is coming "Anil" in control panel.

Dear Crossrider Team,

FYI: This relates to ticket To change crossrider account name
Please leave about an hour from the time the change was made and then download a fresh copy of the installer and the name should be changed.Comment -

Hello Shlomo,
Still above issue is appeared. It's not updated in control panel publisher name until i installed a new fresh copy to remove old program.
Please help me.

Hello Anil,
This is normal behavior. The publisher name is set at time of installation and does not change thereafter. Hence, the only way to update the name via Crossrider is to uninstall and install afresh with a the new installer. -
