Sign windows installers

Windows installer, be it exe or msi, should be signed. Otherwise modern Windows versions will treat it like a malicious program (and generally they are right about software from unknown sources).

Problem is, nobody would give out their signing certificates. So you probably will have to make an option to download installer, sign and re-upload.
