Hi,
My Extension Id is 62381. I am unable to install the extension in Debug Mode in IE (Any version including 10 & 11). The extension is working perfectly in FF and Chrome.
Please Help.

No Error. Just doesn't get installed. Once installation completes; crossrider doesn't detect the installation and asks me install again.
Could you please try it for the extension id 62381 -

As we did not able to recreate your issue on our end, we will need to take a look at your installer log
It is located here:
%temp%\EXTN_NAMEInstaller_TIMESTAMP.log where EXT_NAME is the extension name and TIMESTAMP is a timestamp.
It is best that you will attach the log file to an email to support@crossrider.com with a reference to this ticket. -

The installation goes well; however, Crossrider debug mode doesn't seem to detect the installation. Refer to the attached screenshot.

I have "Install STAGING Extn" shown in IDE in IE all the time, regardless of whether I have the extension installed or not — so I need to manually uninstall / install the extension after every edit. Is it the same issue, or should I report it separately? (it used to work) -

We did some further testing and currently there is an issue with IE and we are working to resolve it. However, testing on Chrome and Firefox shows that it works without issue.
Nevertheless, I have rebuilt our Chrome and Firefox installers in case something was corrupt. Please wait an hour, clear your browser cache, download a fresh copy of the installer from our site and test again. -

This is to confirm that the issue has now been resolved for CH and FF. However, it still exists for IE.

Dear Shlomo,
We are unable to download the debug build for IE. It downloads till 99% and then errors-out; stating download was interrupted. I have tried it several times however, I still get the same error.
This is not happening for IE Production Build or in any other browser.
