Use a proper windows installer package to install crossrider

Making people download and run an .EXE is pretty much a deal breaker.
Suggestion:
* create an .MSI (actual windows installer package) for crossrider add in so that it it properly identifies itself, is uninstallable, etc.

You are perfectly right!

The good news is that we are already working on that and I hope within ~2 weeks we will introduce our new installer! I think you are going to like it :)
