Wiki Navigation Typo

Wiki Left side navigation item "Include External Files" is typo'd as "Include Extereal Files".

Also, it might be nice to have a link back and forth between the "Include External Files" and the "DOM Helper" sections as they seem conceptually similar (maybe even some text saying when to use what).
