Windows 8.1 IE 11 HD resolution

Hi,

we have problem with IE 11 and HD screen resolution with displaying extension popup. If screen resolution is >= 1960x1080 popup is not displaying. If we put smaller resolution popup is working ok.

Our extension id is: 33884

But this is reproducible on popup demo extension that I cloned to extension: 74165
