Your add-on failed validation with 2 errors.

Hi Crossrider Team,

My extension id is: 45314

When i validate my extension from Mozilla Add-on Developer Hub, Then at this time i got error which is described in below screenshot.


Please help me how to verified add-on from Mozilla.
