We are currently in the beta testing phase and Gene can add you to our beta testing list so that you can get the first opportunity to use our next generation software. <br /><br /> We have an app that will get all of your old Class Builder classes into the new iClassBuilder platform, so rest assured that all of your past work is safe as long as you were using the iCloud for syncing. <br /><br /> Thank you, <br /> Joey <br /><br /> PS-no one should have lost any classes going from the old version of ClassBuilder to the new platform. Conduit will bring all of your classes through unless of course you were not syncing them into the iCloud..

If I just play it through my laptop, I can hear the coaching and the background music at the same time however as soon as I plug it in to the projector I'm only able to do one or the other.

As of November 2016 we have recommended the use of Apple Music as Spotify is now unreliable due to changes they have made. There is an app (Stamp) that will convert your Spotify playlists to Apple Music..

    Changed reply in topic of Not really a question ... by Cycling Fusion Management to Hi Margaret,<br />Let me take an additional position on your comments.&nbsp; Thank you!&nbsp; We needed a good kick in the ass on that one, and you gave us what we need.&nbsp; Let me explain something that might help you and others reading this thread:<br /><br />The TRAINING CENTER is not just a web site, it's a full blown, and actually, quite complex application.&nbsp; It serves streaming video (one of the very first on the internet to do so for cycling) in multiple categories; workshops, virtual cycling and digital instructor-led classes.&nbsp; Once we built that (which took over a year) we build the Certification portion that included a fully randomizing exam system with automatic grading (after idea-fit completely pissed off hundreds of our clients who tried to initially certifiy through them - as they originally hosted our exams).&nbsp; It took us another 9 months to build that, but now we "control our own destiny" for the most important components of our business.&nbsp; This is all said to make single point - our focus over the last 3-5 years has been squarely on functionality, but not user experience.&nbsp; While we want them to go hand in hand, behind the scenes the talent involved typically falls into different camps and it is HUGELY expensive to have all talent in all areas already "on board".<br /><br />However, your "kick in the ass" is very timely because we do have the functionality working now, but it's time for a re-vamp of the entire user experience, ease of operation, work-flow for customers type of effort.&nbsp; We want this to be MUCH easier and as automated as possible without losing the personal touch that we should still be able to do at our size.&nbsp; We want to grow, but we have no delusions - a "Mad Dogg Athletics" we are not, and are not likely to become.&nbsp; We should be able to have a growing but tight nit community if we can keep improving and delighting our clients.<br /><br />FYI - we knew this had to happen on our main marketing site as well - note that we have a 100% new site now for finding certification and other services we offer: <a href="http://www.cyclingfusion.com" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">www.cyclingfusion.com</a><br /><br />In closing, I would very much like to speak to you over the phone and actually walk through the site with you so I can properly identify the areas that need the most work.&nbsp; I am quite sure I am too deep in the forest to see the trees, and your individual experience will be the perfect light to help me find our way to the next level of excellence.&nbsp; You can reach me by email at <a href="mailto:gene@cyclingfusion.com" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">gene@cyclingfusion.com</a> if you are so inclined.&nbsp; If not, you have already done us a great service.&nbsp; Check back in about 6 months, and perhaps we will be a lot less "annoying" :-0<br /><br />All the best, <br /><br />Gene Nacey, Founder and CCO (Chief Cyclign Officeer.

Just be sure to make the songs available offline. You have to do this song by song as the "make playlist available offline" function does not work..
