I’m anxious

Would like to avoid a chemical hazard

Ladies & Gentlemen, I tried to simply send this question to Dazzle, but didn't find a customer service link other than this. I had an Intellichem system installed and your product Dazzle acid enhance (I guess some form of muriatic acid) was delivered with it. There is no documentation, no MSDS, and the labelling doesn't provide any meaningful information about what's in there, the acid concentration etc. (is it even a legal labelling with such limited information?) Anyway, can you please provide an MSDS or a more detailed information about what chemical I have started storing at home. All the other components like Sodium Hypochlorite-12 UN 1791 is properly labeled... Thanks in advance. Sincerely, Olivier

    Good day Olivier,

Thank you for your message. If you can send me your email address, I can have a copy of the MSDS for Acid Enhance for you to review. Contact me at

Our packaging and labelling group works very closely with the regulating bodies of the Canadian Government to ensure we are in full compliance with all requirements for each product. Acid Enhance is a safer liquid acid and than regular muriatic acid. This has been shown and proven to the appropriate authorities. As such, the government does not require the same degree of information to be contained on the label. Acid Enhance contains ingredients that help to prevent burns to intact skin and has reduced fuming. Transport, storage and usage is much safer as a result. The effect the product has in pool water will be the same as regular muriatic acid.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to contact us again with any questions you may have.
