"SF - Replicate All" Error: Maximum Key Length + Maximum Recursion

Hey all,
I was wondering if someone could help me with this issue.
The "SF - Replicate All" job started having issues.
I have tried googling this issue but could not find any answers online.

We have mulitple identical warnings regarding maximum key length, and then almost immediately get an error.
Below is an example of a warning, and the error we get.

WARNING EXAMPLE (This occurs for multiple "index" values. Ex: IDX_BMCServiceDesk__Category__c_BMCServiceDesk__parentCategory_Id__c)

Warning! The maximum key length is 900 bytes. The index 'IDX_BMCServiceDesk__IncidentHistory__c_Queue_Client_LastName__c' has maximum length of 2600 bytes. For some combination of large values, the insert/update operation will fail.

ERROR EXAMPLE

Msg 530, Level 16, State 1, Line 36
The statement terminated. The maximum recursion 6 has been exhausted before statement completion.
