"Attempting to set a non-NULL-able column's value to NULL." on sf_refresh

I'm trying to do a sf_refresh on our Lead table and I'm getting this:

--- Starting SF_Refresh for lead
09:39:46: Using Schema Error Action of yes
09:39:47: Using last run time of 2014-04-06 00:36:00
Msg 681, Level 16, State 7, Line 1
Attempting to set a non-NULL-able column's value to NULL.

We got this last week, too, and the SalesForce admins say they didn't change anything. I looked at all the not nullable columns on the Lead table and queried the linked server, but it didn't return any nulls. Finally, we replicated the table (takes around 7 hours) and it fixed the problem.

Today, we’re getting the error consistently again. Any ideas on what could be causing it and how to fix?

We’re using DBAmp 2.17.5.

Thanks!
