I’m sad, anxious

A transport-level error

Hi guys,
we are testing DBAmp in order to purchase the full version once we can get it to run.

After installing DBAmp, we notice an issue after running the test query to see if everything is working fine.
"Select * from SALESFORCE...sys_sfobjects"

We received this message and then the SQL Server service stops
"A transport-level error has occurred when receiving results from the server. (provider: Shared Memory Provider, error: 0 - The pipe has been ended.)"

Also, we try to make DBAmp work through OpenQuery and we receive an error:

SELECT * FROM OPENQUERY ([SALESFORCE] ,'Select * from contact LIMIT 10')

Error:
"The OLE DB provider "DBAmp.DBAmp" for linked server "SALESFORCE" reported an error. Access denied.
Msg 7350, Level 16, State 2, Line 1
Cannot get the column information from OLE DB provider "DBAmp.DBAmp" for linked server "SALESFORCE".

Contextual information:
- We are using SQL SERVER 2012
- Amazon EC2 Windows Server
- We have other Linked server and don't have any issue.
- We use Administrator user

Thanks for you support.
Regards,
Leonardo Rocco
