AccountHistory refreshAll error

Hi, getting this error when running a refreshAll. Can anyone help?

  • Error: "INVALID_QUERY_LOCATOR: Unable to find query cursor data for this QueryLocator"

    There is a limit on the salesforce server to the number of simultaneous queries a sf user can run (10). When the number of queries exceeds this limit then you get this error message.

    Normally you must adjust the schedule of this job and perhaps others to ensure that you stay under the limit. Also, if you use the same sf userid in other 3rd party products, then the queries those products are executing count towards the limit. In other words, it is the total count of all open queries across all 3rd party products for that sf user that is the issue.
