Cannot Access the standard SF Survey object

We're unable to access the Survey objects in Salesforce via DBAmp.

The integration user has full permissions on Survey and it's child objects, but whenever we query we get these errors:

EXEC SF_Replicate 'Salesforce', 'Survey'
-- Error: The OLE DB provider "DBAmp.DBAmp" for linked server "Salesforce" does not contain the table "Survey". The table either does not exist or the current user does not have permissions on that table.

SELECT * FROM Salesforce...Survey
--Msg 7314, Level 16, State 1, Line 6 The OLE DB provider "DBAmp.DBAmp" for linked server "Salesforce" does not contain the table "Survey". The table either does not exist or the current user does not have permissions on that table.

SELECT * FROM OPENQUERY(Salesforce, 'SELECT Id FROM Survey')
--OLE DB provider "DBAmp.DBAmp" for linked server "Salesforce" returned message "Error 1 : INVALID_TYPE: sObject type 'Survey' is not supported. If you are attempting to use a custom object, be sure to append the '__c' after the entity name. Please reference your WSDL or the describe call for the appropriate names.".
--Msg 7350, Level 16, State 2, Line 10 Cannot get the column information from OLE DB provider "DBAmp.DBAmp" for linked server "Salesforce".

Webservice SOAP: Error "INVALID_TYPE: sObject type 'Survey' is not supported."
