Cannot insert NULL into column 'Id' error

I am receiving "Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'Id', table 'SF_Data_Migration.dbo.Plan__c_Stage_Result'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails." Error after attempting to upsert a table using SF_TableLoader.

The odd thing is that I only receive this error sometimes. When running the same sql code on other tables, it works without error. This is after attempting to upsert a 66,000 row table and the SF_TableLoader stored proc attempting to create the result table.

However, the data does end up getting upserted with a 0% failed row processing. Am I missing something or is there some option I should try? I need to avoid this error as it fails the stored proc when this error occurs.
