Db Amp affecting SQL server Linked server

I install Db Amp on 2008 SQL server cluster.
After the installation when trying to create linked server against that machine (the one with Db Amp installed) from another SQL server instance using authentication option
"be made using login's current security context"
generate error "Login failed for user NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON"

That happens only in case when SQL server management studio is connected to SQL instance not local to the box where User is log in.
The connection to Remote SQL instance uses Windows authentication.
Before installing DB Amp I did not encounter such a problem in the system.
Both SQL servers and the remote box belong to the same domain.

What could be causing such a behavior?
