DBAmp Bulk Operations - insufficient access rights on object id

Hi,

I've just inherited a system that uses DbAmp to update Salesforce and I'm running into an error that I've seen mentioned on other posts, but our circumstances don't seem to match. The additional issue is that there's no one left at the company who has any real technical knowledge of how the interface was put together nor how exactly it interacts with SF.

So I have several questions that stem from that lack of experience with DbAmp and SF in general. I've posted the error message from the execution of the delete process below. The load table contains the same error for each of the rows: insufficient access rights on object id.

My questions are:

1. How can I tell which table access rights are restricted for?
2. How can I tell which user is being used for the DbAmp program?
3. How do I change the access rights in SF for that user?

I'd appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks,

Jim
