  • Your salesforce admin was sent an email from salesforce regarding their certificate change: https://help.salesforce.com/articleVi...

I suspect your Windows team has not downloaded and installed the new certificate as required by salesforce. Review the note from salesforce and complete the actions.

Then attempt the browser test again. If you still get an error, then the certificates were not properly installed. Once the browser test succeeds the test DBAmp.

  • Hi,

We did install the certificate but this does not resolve issue. Do we need to install specific cert ?

    Thanks,

  • If you still cannot connect with the browser I would suggest you contact salesforce support to work with them to get the proper certificates.

If you can connect with the browser but not DBAmp then let me know.

  • Hello Bill,

After working with Salesforce I'm able to resolve certificates issue as now I'm able to login into https://login.salesforce.com.

But now I see below error when try to run SF_BulkOps command, though my sf_refresh works fine

  • What is the result of the DBAmp configuration program Test Connection option?

Also, are you able to restart the sql instance to flush it's cert cache?

  • Case closed.

The user had installed the new salesforce certificates under the Current User but not under the Local Machine. Once the certs were installed in the Local Machine store, the issue resolved.
