DBamp doesn't seem to be updating records in SalesForce

I'm getting an error message when trying to update our system:

Error 9900 [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] Starting SF_BulkOps for Invoice_Line__C_Update

I've checked the table Invoice_Line__c_Update and can see 91 records in there - I've looked at the corresponding records in Invoice_Line__C and can see that all 91 records still haven't been updated (it's meant to set the 'Invoiced' flag from False to True)
I've checked the connection from DBAmp to SalesForce and it reports back successful.
Any ideas why these records aren't being updated in SalesForce?
