DBAMP job failing after refresh.

Bill,
After refreshing a Sandbox I am having an issue where it will sometimes fail for an invalid login. But within the same minute it will let the same command run.

Here is an example.
I ran EXEC SF_Replicate 'SALESFORCE' , 'Account' in a query window.

This was the output.

I ran the same thing again a few seconds later and this was the output.

No changes were made server side, and I have reporduced this a few times (running the same line a few times and getting different results).

Any thoughts?

The user is showing a successful login for both attempts.
