Enhancements to SF_ColCompare

Possible enhancements to the SF_ColCompare stored procedure:

1. I feel it would be beneficial to include an "ignore column" parameter. This parameter would be a string that can be delimited by commas. For columns that are part of this input parameter, SF_ColCompare would ignore that the columns the input table are not a part of the Salesforce Production schema -- essentially preventing SF_ColCompare from raising an error.

2. Instead of errors reported by SF_ColCompare being inserted into a temp table and then selected as output if an error arises, have SF_ColCompare follow the same logging methods as the other DBAmp stored procedures. In other words, have logging be part of standard output or inserted into the DBAmp_Log table utilized by SF_Logger.
