Error handling in SQL Agent

I have a complex set of scripts involving a large number of BulkOps calls with a variety of INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE functions. These are contained within a series of stored procedures, sometimes with four or five BulkOps calls within each SP. I expect to get a number of errors (failures inserting with invalid data, etc.), and that's okay: it's part of the process.

When running them from Query Analyzer, I see the errors appropriately. However, when running the jobs under a scheduled Agent Job, the Jobs are erroring out without continue on to the rest of the execution with the SP. How do I tell it that the errors produced by BulkOps should not be considered critical stops? That it should continue on without interrupting execution of the SP, as it does in Query Analyzer?
