Forecast access?

Is there anyway to access to forecast information like overrides and quotas from SFDC through ForceAmp?

Has anyone written the SQL to recreate the Forecasts reports (revenue forecasts)?

I'm having a hell of a time traversing the Hierarchy and determining when a value should be ignored because of an override at another level.
And conversely, I see override records but their values do not match what I see in the SFDC Forecasts detail.

I'm attempting to automate an elaborate Excel document and they are currently manually copying the Enterprise Forecast Extract report data into a sheet. So I need to have a query that produces the same result, or else I have to manually pull the SFDC report and put it somewhere to be uploaded in a DB.
