Hoping to coordinate a support call

Hi Force Amp Support, We are having issues with our replication process, we can't run queries on views. I believe the issue is the same in both scenarios, too many columns in an object. I'm asking to schedule a support call to assist in applying a solution. (I'd sent an email request to support@forceamp.com on 1/17.) Thank you in advance for your follow up.
