How to make identical copies of data to two different timezone servers

Looking for a little date guidance here. DBAMP is in use in my organization to copy Salesforce data into two separate SQL Server instances. One is in ATL (Eastern Time) and one is in Amazon AWS (Ireland). The date time values in the copy of data in the ATL SQL Server is about 5 hours out of sync with data copy in the Irish server - I assume because the local SQL Server timezone is taken into account.

Q. Is there a way to make both copies of the Salesforce data be identical in terms of datetime values?

Edit: I would rather maintain the EST timezone data values in both locations if possible.
