Issues connecting to Salesforce

Hello I'm trying to connect to Salesforce from a server. Right now, the server has a scheduled run to run as system admin which DBamp is configured to use SQL authentication to login. (I saw a similar post, which suggested to switch trusted connection to yes, but shouldn't the login be through SQL?)

When initially testing on my dev environment all the config works, but moving it to production is causing issues.

This is one of them, please help!:
