partial sandbox

Developers have set up a "partial" sandbox in addition to our "test" sandbox. Do I do anything differently when setting up the linked server for it?

DBAmp instructions say to use https://test.salesforce.com for the Location. I’m trying to use https://partial.salesforce.com because I don’t see how else it would work.

Here's the error I'm getting -
