  • The error is: "The operation timed out"

This is a client side network timeout. DBAmp has timed out waiting for a response from the salesforce.com server.

About how many rows are in this table? What is the exact command you are running in the job that outputs this error?

Also, the job history was truncated.

Can you capture DBAmp output to a table. You can do this on the Advanced tab of the job step by clicking "Log to Table". Then can you re-run the job and send the complete message output to support at forceamp.com

  • about 54,000 rows

command is Exec salesforce_backups.dbo.SF_ReplicateLarge 'SALESFORCE', 'Forecast_and_Actual_by_Rep__c'
Will try the log to table

  • Is there a reason you are running a ReplicateLarge on a 54,000 row table?

Can you try running a regular SF_Replicate in a new query window and send us the complete message output:

    exec SF_Replicate 'SALESFORCE', 'Forecast_and_Actual_by_Rep__c'

  • Probably running large because regular had failed in the past. Re-running as regular.

    Output from table:
