Sf_refresh Error: Can Not insert NULLValue

Command:
exec sf_refresh @table_server = 'salesforce',@table_name = 'case' ,@schema_error_action = 'SubsetDelete',@verify_action = 'warn'

Error:
Msg 515, Level 16, State 2, Line 73
Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'LastModifiedDate', table 'salesforce_data.dbo.case'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.

Test:
select * from OPENQUERY(salesforce,'select * from case where LastModifiedDate =NULL')

Returns 0 records.

DBAmp 2.19.7
Any idea how I can resolve this?
