sf_replicate fails with Error occurred creating primary key

Hi

We ave been using sf_refresh on a custom object for years and today it has started failing. We tried an sf_replicate to start fresh but this is also failing. refresh and replicate are still working fine on many objects.

The error message the refresh is giving is as follows.
