SF_ReplicateAll failure

Hi, we have a rather large SF instance. When I run SF_ReplicateAll it fails somewhere in the middle after running for 14 hours. Here's the last few lines of the output:

03:11:53: Create top500__c_Previous with new structure.

03:11:53: DBAmp is using the SQL Native Client.
03:11:53: Opening SQL Server rowset
03:11:56: 4635 rows copied.
03:11:56: Drop top500__c if it exists.
03:11:56: Rename previous table from top500__c_Previous to top500__c
Caution: Changing any part of an object name could break scripts and stored procedures.
03:11:56: Create primary key on top500__c

Msg 50000, Level 16, State 1, Procedure SF_ReplicateAll, Line 118

Any insights on what it might be?

Thanks,
Alex.
