Upsert with BulkAPI failed due to polling timeout reached

I loaded a large number of records using this command:

Exec SF_BulkOps 'Upsert:BulkAPI', 'SFDC', 'Territory_managment__c_Load', 'External_Id__c'

I received an error stating, "Polling timeout reached. Unable to retrieve results from salesforce". All of the input records loaded to salesforce. Please advise on what to do, if anything.

The output of the operation is below.
--- Starting SF_BulkOps for Territory_managment__c_Load
18:39:20: Run the DBAmp.exe program.
18:39:21: DBAmp Bulk Operations. V2.16.6 (c) Copyright 2006-2013 forceAmp.com LLC
18:39:21: Upserting Salesforce using Territory_managment__c_Load.
18:39:28: DBAmp is using the SQL Native Client.
18:39:30: SF_Bulkops will poll every 60 seconds for up to 1200 seconds.
18:39:54: Batch 75130000001OWJCAA4 created with 5000 rows.

  • The bulkapi option submits a job to salesforce to do the operation.

Then we must poll salesforce for the result of the job. We will continue polling until 1200 seconds have passed and then give up and output a message. That is the message you got.

The job still ran on salesforce; it just did not complete within 1200 seconds. If you often load this many records, you can increase the 1200 second bulkapi timeout using the DBAmp Configuration Program.
