Weird issues with duplicate values

So I tried out Replicateall last night against a sandbox. Everything goes fine, except for the listview object.

that object it can't create a primary key because of duplicate values.

So I run this

SELECT * INTO #listview FROM salesforcepcuat...listview

I then run this
SELECT
id,COUNT(*)
FROM #listview
GROUP BY id
ORDER BY COUNT(*) DESC

I get back 6 rows where the ID is dupilcated.

So I run the same query directly against Salesforce
SELECT
id,COUNT(*)
FROM salesforcepcuat...listview
GROUP BY Id
HAVING COUNT(*)>1

and get nothing back.

If I run
SELECT * FROM salesforcepcuat...listview
WHERE id = '00B600000065GfvEAE' --one of the duplicate rows

I get back only one row. But if I run this
SELECT * FROM salesforcepcuat...listview
ORDER BY id
Scrolling down to the part of the returned set I see the same row repeated 3 times.

What's going on here?
