Windows Policy is preventing DBAmp installation!

Hi Bill,

I am attempting to install my licensed copy of DBAmp on a newly built Windows Server 2008R2 Standard SP1. When I run the extracted DBAmpInstall.exe and plug in my license code I get the following error:

Title of dialog: Windows Installer
Msg: The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation.

I am a sys admin on the server and poked around in the policies, but I'm no expert.
I read something online that suggested turning off User Account Control(UAC), but this had no affect.

Any ideas?

FYI - I installed SQL Server 2012 without a hitch under the same user account without a problem...
