All neighbors offline/not playing

When I try to help my neighbors, nobody is online or working on anything. It seems I've been grouped with a bunch of non-playing players. Is it supposed to be like that and is there anything I can do to actually interact with any online players?

We'll be attempting to address this in our next major update. We're looking at smarter ways to group players.

Please understand that this is a very complicated system that goes far deeper than "I'm this level, put people of my level around me". Here's a condensed list of the things we need to consider:

- Player level
- Friendship status
- Past interactions between players (helped / attacked)
- Player activity
- Player inactivity
- Player protection status

We need to weigh all of those things against each other to make your neighborhood's feel "right". Not an easy thing to do through algorithms.

We know it's a huge problem and one that needs rectifying as player interaction will be a large part of the game's longevity. Just be sure that we're working on it.
