Audible Books from Itunes have no Cover Art
I downloaded V2 to test it out and I am disappointed by the results. I am a big audible customer and all of the cover art is not showing up for my books. I am also not too keen on have the audio books show up in CD covers. I would prefer a full book size icon perhaps with a badge on it to indicate it is in an audio format.

It's an iTunes issue. Here's a fix - at least it gives you a CD type image. Relatively easy, but somewhat time-consuming:
1. Copy the Audible file out of iTunes to your desktop. This will result in a .aa file.
2. Rename the file to something else (e.g. foo.aa).
3. Drag and drop the file back into iTunes. This will result in two versions of the file showing up in iTunes.
4. Select both version and right-click to "Get Info". You may be prompted about editing multiple files. If so, click yes.
5. In the "Multiple Item Information" window, copy your custom artwork to the artwork field.
6. Click Ok. Now both files should have your custom artwork.
7. Delete the second file.
Just don't sit there at your computer so long you get back pain.
