Is it possible to import columns from a CSV as custom fields?
I have a large library of role playing games, and have both the manufacturer SKU (e.g. WW1000) and game system (e.g. "world of darkness") as columns in the CSV. I can add both as custom fields in the DL3 demo, but can't actually add them as targets for the import. They just end up as "notes".

Not currently, no.
You can export custom fields, but for some reason you can't import. Either a bug, or a very good reason why you can't. -

Is this a bug or a feature?
I recently added a custom field in DL3 so I could add a unique RFID identifier for the items in my library. Now when I export and re-import the database, the field and it's data just disappears. The notes field is empty.
This has become a major pain point. help! -

4 years later and you still can't import what you export? What is the point of custom fields if DL3 just throws the data away? And if you use standard fields, your hard work is overwritten if you ever update via Amazon.
